Set up a loyalty program with a reward catalog, a budget and reporting.

The loyalty module (Enterprise pack) lets you set up a program. Automatic awarding of points is not available yet.

Program setup

Set up a program in six steps (objectives, rules, levels, rewards, budget and review) and give it a status: draft, test, published or archived.

Create rewards with a type, a points cost, a stock and an expiry. Redeeming a reward is blocked when the balance or the stock is too low.

Set a budget and an alert threshold, and handle budget requests: an admin approves or rejects them.

Follow points earned, redeemed and expired, and the adoption of the program.
